Bar Person Profile

Salary: £13,500
Purpose of Job: To be responsible for the Centre Bar and Lounge area at the Chateau du Broutel.
Duties of Job: To run an efficient and friendly bar service, to control stock, order supplies and provide financial control of the bar. To ensure the bar and lounge area is always kept in a clean and tidy manner.
Responsible to: Centre Manager
What we are looking for: To provide first class customer service. We are looking for a pleasant hard working individual who enjoys socialising whilst being able to fulfil their work.
Days of work: 6 days per week
