Salary:
Successful applicants will receive a starting salary of Circa £22,000-£30,000 DOE plus food and good quality accommodation. An excellent training and support package to consolidate existing skills and ensure continual professional development is also in place.

6 days per week
Purpose of the Job:
To develop and manage one of Manor Adventure’s Multi-Activity Centres. To provide an introduction to outdoor pursuits to all visitors in a safe, educational and welcoming environment.
Duties of the Job:
To be ultimately responsible for the Welfare and Heath & Safety of all our customers, staff and visitors. To coordinate all departments within the centre to ensure they all work as a team to provide the best possible service to our clients. To reflect the company ethos of our staff, and in turn to our clients which is to help develop students by operating outdoor pursuits in a safe, caring environment. The aim is to operate the best activity centre within the school market.
Skills Required:
Heads of Centre should possess:
- Management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership capabilities
- The desire and ability to develop and continually improve on results gained
- The ability to integrate smoothly into and lead a close and friendly team
Qualifications required:
ML Assessed, SPA Assessed, minimum UKCC Level 1 Coach
