Centre Manager Profile

Salary: Circa £24,000 +, subject to experience
Purpose of the Job: To develop and manage one of Manor Adventure’s Multi-Activity Centres. To provide an introduction to outdoor pursuits to all visitors in a safe, educational and welcoming environment.
Duties of the Job: To be ultimately responsible for the Welfare and Heath & Safety of all our customers, staff and visitors. To coordinate all departments within the centre to ensure they all work as a team to provide the best possible service to our clients. To reflect the company ethos of our staff, and in turn to our clients which is to help develop students by operating outdoor pursuits in a safe, caring environment. The aim is to operate the best activity centre within the school market.
Responsible to: Managing Director
What we are looking for: Mature, experienced outdoor pursuit specialist with excellent man-management skills. Other important skills include the ability to assess priorities and be able to motivate and delegate tasks within the management team. A good knowledge of Health & Safety is also critical.

Minimum qualifications to include: ML, Level 3 UKCC, SPA

Previous Management Experience.
