Chef Profile

Salary: Circa £15,000 pa
Purpose of the Job: To produce up to 1200 meals per day
Duties of the Job: Preparation and cooking to set menus, placing order through to suppliers, supervising a team of catering assistances. Catering for special dietary needs.
Responsible to: Catering Manager
Days of work: 6 days
What we are looking for: Committed Chefs to work as a team to produce high quality food. Experience necessary. Good knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety. (Unlike most Chef jobs you will not work split shifts. Even on a late shift you will usually be finished by 7.30pm)
