Salary:
Circa £17,500-£20,000 DOE plus food and accommodation as well as significant training and development opportunities.

Job Description:
Manor Adventure are seeking a Full Time Chief Instructor. The ideal candidate will have the aptitude and tenacity to develop a clear career path within an expanding company. Chief Instructors are responsible for all staff training, monitoring safety standards, producing and staffing the individual activity programmes for each school and ensuring that the highest standards of safety and customer care are implemented for everyone visiting the centre. You will also manage Senior Instructors, coordinate preview visits by schools and support and assist the Head of Centre.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience gained within a similar role
- Strong Instructional techniques gained by instructing a wide range of outdoor activities
- Leadership abilities
- A calm, consistent approach to the multitude of different situations encountered at a busy centre
We will offer considerable support to the successful applicant in order for them to progress within the company with a view to that person becoming a Head of Centre when such a position becomes available.
Qualifications:
Previous management experience, ML Assessed, SPA, Level 1 UKCC and BELA are desirable.
