Chief Instructor Profile

Salary: Circa £18,000
Purpose of the Job: To train, monitor the instructors and to produce personalised activity programmes for each school attending.
Duties of the Job: Responsible for all staff training, monitoring safety standards, producing and staffing the individual activity programmes for each school and ensuring that the highest standards of safety and customer care are implemented for everyone visiting the centre. Management of Senior Instructors. Coordinate preview visits by schools. To support and assist the Head of Centre.

What we are looking for: An experienced individual with good instructional techniques of instructing a range of outdoor activities. Leadership abilities and a calm consistent approach to the multitude of different situations encountered at a busy centre. Minimum qualifications to include: Previous management experience, SPA, Level 1 UKCC and BEL.
