Salary: £14,500
Purpose of the Job: To carry out all aspects of HR administration for Manor Adventure.
Duties of the Job: To ensure the company is fully staffed at all times. To plan recruitment campaigns within a specified budget. To ensure all paperwork, contracts, and policies are up-to-date. Liaise with Department Heads. To assist with the implementation of the company’s core policies relating to employment legislation.
Responsible to: Director and Head of Centre
Days of work: 5 Days per week. Based at The Manor.
What we are looking for: Experience in HR not essential as training will be provided. Candidates should have good man management skills, be discrete and have a thorough logical mind where attention to detail and forward planning are important. Have good mediation skills without jumping to conclusions but be able to see the ‘big picture’.
