Maintenance Person Profile

Salary: £13,000 - £15,000 Purpose of the Job: To work under the direction of the Maintenance Manager to ensure that interior and exterior of buildings and grounds are always in excellent condition. Duties of the Job: General maintenance to include:- painting and decorating, tiling, general repair work, plumbing, woodwork and ground work jobs. Responsible to: Maintenance Manger Days of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm What we are looking for: Hard working practical individuals who are able to learn basic maintenance skills. Experience an advantage but not a necessity. Must be physically in good health and able to apply a large variety of skills as no day is ever the same due to the quantity of work in hand.
