My Job: Senior instructor – Helping chief instructor and head of centre with day to day of running the centre in Wales. Sorting out any problems that arise with schools or instructors.
Best Memories: Training in rain, snow and hail during my first year and laughing at each other the whole time.
Typical Day: 5.45am wake up – 7.50am breakfast – 8.20am senior meeting – 8.30am staff meeting. 9.00 sessions start – 5x 1.5xhr sessions during the day either working with clients or doing site work. Finish at 8.30pm – 8.45pm unless on duty and that is for 24hrs.
