Sales Representative Profile

Salary: £15,000 basic, OTE first year £22,000 - £25,000. Thereafter potential to increase to £35,000.
Location: South Scotland up to Dundee and Inverclyde and down as far as Northumberland, Durham and Cleveland.
Purpose of the Job: To generate new business for our Scottish, English, Welsh and French Centres.
Duties of the Job: To sell our quality educational courses to teachers. Make cold calls. Support schools by providing evening presentations to parents. Attend exhibitions, trade shows and preview visits. Some administration work involved.
Responsible to: Director
Days of work: 5 days per week during school term time, 44 weeks per annum.
What we are looking for: Energetic go-getters with or without sales experience but with the ability to learn new skills. Be able to work off your own initiative and be self motivating. Must be able to drive (you will probably drive 30,000 miles a year), hold a clean driving licence, and be prepared to work occasional weekends and evenings. For candidates who get a buzz from achieving but at the same time can handle rejection.
