Working as a Centre Manager for Manor Adventure

Manor Adventure are an industry leading residential outdoor activity provider. We have been able to become an Employer of Choice through our focus on the quality of the educational sessions we offer, as well as our commitment to the training and development of our staff We are now actively seeking a Head of Centre for our centre in Norfolk. Norfolk Lakes provides a unique experience for school groups. Set in 65 acres on the edge of the village of Lyng, 11 miles north west of Norwich. The centre has 37 acres of lakes.




As a Centre Manager you will be responsible for:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be part of the Senior Management Team.


What experience or qualifications do you need:

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who has a passion for outdoor education that is supported by strong leadership capabilities and managerial skills. Experience gained in a similar role or business environment Strong leadership capabilities Advanced communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of performance management and strategy formulation
