Working as a Domestic Manager for Manor Adventure

As Domestic Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of domestic staff, ensuring all accommodation, communal areas and facilities are cleaned to a consistently high standard. You will work closely with the Centre Management team to ensure smooth operations, particularly during busy residential periods.

As a Domestic Manager you will be responsible for:

Supervising and supporting the domestic team on a daily basis
Ensuring cleaning schedules and standards are met
Training and inducting new domestic staff
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and organisation
Monitoring stock levels and ordering cleaning supplies as required
Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times

What experience or qualifications do you need:

Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role (supervisory experience desirable)
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to lead and motivate a small team
A positive, flexible and hands-on approach
Attention to detail and pride in high standards

Monday–Friday working pattern (20 hours per week)
