Working as a Team Leader Head Of Watersports for Manor Adventure

As Head of Watersports, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of watersports activities, ensuring safe, engaging and well-organised sessions. You will lead by example, support and mentor instructors, and help maintain high standards across all watersports delivery.




As a Team Leader Head Of Watersports you will be responsible for:

Key responsibilities include: - Leading and supervising the watersports team - Delivering high-quality, safe and enjoyable watersports sessions - Overseeing equipment, safety procedures and risk assessments - Supporting staff training, mentoring and development - Ensuring excellent standards of instruction and customer experience


What experience or qualifications do you need:

Applicants must hold one of the following qualifications: Sea Kayak Leader OR RYA Senior Dinghy Instructor & Paddlesport Leader OR RYA Level 2 or Core Coach You should also have: - Strong leadership and communication skills - A proactive, responsible approach to safety and supervision - A passion for watersports and developing others - The ability to work as part of a wider centre leadership team
